Hiba's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy shelves, an electric generator, and stock to sell which will help start her business.

Hiba's story

Hiba is 34 years old. She lives with her husband and her five children in Gaza, four of whom attend primary school. They live in a rented house and her dream is to build a house of her own. She has been selling clothes since 2012 in many shops as an employee, but now Hiba has decided to open her own shop. She wants to sell clothes for kids and women. She works hard to support her husband in providing good living conditions for her children. Hiba is asking Ryada for this startup loan to buy shelves, an electric generator, and stock to sell. This will help start her business. Her dream is to improve her business, and she desires to use part of the profits on her children’s education in the future. She is very grateful to everyone who helps her to achieve success in her business through this loan. Ryada's Startup Loan is exclusively for borrowers who are beginning new enterprises, not for existing projects. To qualify, a borrower must show a clear business plan and realistic potential for success. The borrower must also invest their own money and resources into at least 50 percent of the startup enterprise. Ryada believes strongly in the potential of these borrowers and grants them a three month grace period to help them get their business off the ground.
