Phant's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to build a hygienic latrine for her family.
Originally from Pursat province, Phant is 30 years old and a married mother of three children for whom she provides. To deal with the financial constraints in the family, Phant has dedicated herself to a farming business, growing rice on her own agricultural land of one and a half hectares. Nowadays, she is able to earn approximately KHR 20,000 per day. Phant has been a client of HKL’s for five previous loans, which she has fully repaid. The positive impact of her past loans has helped her improve her farming business as well as general living conditions. This time she is asking for a new loan to build a hygienic latrine for her family. Thanks to the water loan program with a special rate offered by Hattha Kaksekar Limited (HKL), Phant is encouraged to focus on ensuring healthy living conditions, to safeguard the health of her family and to protect the environment.
