Sinourn's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to cover the costs of her school allowances for the first semester and buy supplies such as books and uniforms.
Sinourn, aged 21, is a second-year university student at Chenla University. At the nursing college, her major is midwifery. Her ambition is to finish her studies and work in a public hospital. Also, she wants to have her own clinic when she has enough capital and experience. Her education is subsidized by her parents. Due to the shortage of funds, Sinourn would like to borrow a new loan to cover the costs of her school allowances for the first semester and buy supplies such as books and uniforms. After graduation, Sinourn hopes to earn a good salary so she is able to help her parents when they are older, and improve the general living conditions of her family in the near future. Sinourn is very happy and thankful for the loan funded via programs like Kiva to allow poor students to pursue a higher education while contributing to the future development of Cambodia.
