Rehana's story

At the age of 48, Rehana is a widow and the mother of six children; one of her is shown in the photo. Her son sells general store items to different shops. After eight years of struggle, his business now generates enough profit to meet the family's expenses. But more income is needed in the future. Rehana contacted Kashf foundation and applied a loan of Rs. 40,000 for her son. The amount will be used to purchase more biscuits, sweets and juices in bulk to boost his sales. Rehana is hopeful that this loan will be a productive one for her son and will bring positive changes to his business. Their dream is to maximize their profit from this business and have better standard of living.
