Tunaweza Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy some liters of cooking oil, sugar, powdered and bar soaps, and other missing shop items.
Tunaweza Group's story
Juliana, who is currently running a retail shop for one year now, is married with five boys and a daughter who are in school. Juliana is in her mid-30s and works at her business from 8am to 10pm each working day. She is able to make a fair monthly profit. This will be her second loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used her previous loan to buy more business stocks like sacks of sugar, maize flour, baking flour, waters, soda, packed juices, and other missing items. Juliana used her business profits to cover shelter, food, and medical expenses for her family. She also covered school fees for her children and has paid back her entire loan successfully. Juliana will use this loan to buy some liters of cooking oil, sugar, powdered and bar soaps, and other missing shop items. She dreams of buying a plot of land and building a family house. She will share this loan with her loan group "TUNAWEZA" which totals two members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
