Group 7 - Vĩnh Lập 01's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for the construction of a hygienic toilet and a hand-washing device with soap.

Group 7 - Vĩnh Lập 01's story

Ms. Yen, 27, is married with two little children. Yen and her husband work in agricultural production with a monthly income of about VND 1,300,000. She has been a member of the Women's Union since 2007. Her family is currently using a double-pit latrine, which is now degraded. With a portion from this loan, she will be able to pay for construction of a latrine hardware facility, which includes a hygienic septic tank latrine and a hand-washing device with soap. Access to this facility will help her family improve their health, living conditions, and personal safety, particularly at night and during rainstorms for her two small children. In addition, it will provide convenience, cleanliness and privacy for all family members, while contributing to the environmental health of the community. In the picture, Ms. Yen is standing in the front row, first from the right.
