Vann's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy a used motorcycle so his children can commute.
Vann is 50 years old and a hard-working farmer in Kampong Thom province. He has been engaged in farming for over 30 years. Farming is the major source of income for his family. He primarily grows and harvest rice once a year. He is married to a local farmer, and together they have been blessed with six children: four single children and two married children. Three among his children are currently employed as garment workers in Phnom Penh. As they don’t have a motorcycle for commuting to work, they have to pay much for motor-taxi service every day. To help them reduce their daily costs, Vann is taking out a loan in the sum of USD 1,000 to buy a used motorcycle for his employed children. He hopes that his loan will not be rejected. Thanks in advance to all kind lenders, who have contributed their funds to help a poor fellow like him improve his standard of living.
