A loan helped To purchase another cow and feed for its calves.
Ms Mukhtar is 47 years old and married. She has been doing a business of selling milk for the past 13 years. She has four calves and one cow in milk. She sells milk to many of her neighbors, along with butter that she makes from the milk. Her business is good enough for her to lead a decent life. She has two daughters and two sons, who are in school. She is very motivated to provide them a beautiful life with good education, food, and clothing. She has improved her business to meet day to day expenses of life. It’s her second year with the Kashf Foundation; she is happily running her business through its support. Now she has requested a loan of PKR 30,000 to purchase one more cow and feed for its calves. She hopes to have increase in the production capacity of milk, which ultimately helps in generating more cash.
