Koba's story

Koba lives in the village of Patara Oni with his wife. He is 62 years old. Koba is running an agricultural business for the family. They own five beehives with bee colonies, six pigs and 28 piglets. Koba sells pigs in the wintertime and earns seasonal income. He is a very hardworking and experienced farmer who has a great desire to enlarge his farm and generate more income. He requested credit to purchase sheep. He will start selling lambs in a nearby town's open market as well. The income of the family will increase. In the future, Koba plans to reinvest part of the income in the sheep-breeding business for its further development. The other part of the increased income will be used to improve the daily living conditions of the family.
