Lida's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy spare parts and tools.
Lida, 41, is an honest, responsible, very hardworking woman married to Amador; they have three children together who are 11, 8 and 2 years old living with them in her own house. Lida’s work consists in providing vehicle repair services. She has her own shop located at home where she offers such services as tire repair, vehicle repair, engine block service, rewiring, etc. She works with help from her spouse and another assistant. Her main job is scheduling the repairs. She’s been in business two years and is open from 7 in the morning to 10 at night. She’s now looking into the possibility of selling beverages like soft-drinks and beer because of the high demand for said products from customers while waiting for their vehicle repairs to be done. What she likes about her work is the direct interaction with her customers; she enjoys seeing the work done and knowing that she’s contributing to her customers being able to work better. This is her 4th Kiva loan and she’s very excited and grateful for the economic backup she’s getting to continue towards her plans. She does not want to fail to repay it for lack of money so she commits to be very punctual with her payments. She will use the requested 2,000 soles to buy motorcycle and mototaxi spare parts as well as some tools used in her work.
