Zarina's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase two more goats.

Zarina's story

Zarina is 41 years old and a married woman and mother of five children; one of her children is shown in the photo with her. She has been running a business of animal sales and purchase with her husband (who is also shown in the picture) for the past 25 years. She basically belongs to a rural family where the people normally depend on agriculture and animal purchase and sales business. Zarina buys animals (baby goats and baby cows) at low prices, brings them up, then her husband sells them in the market at higher prices. She has gradually improved her business with the support of Kashf Foundation; currently Zarina requested a loan of PKR 25,000 to purchase two more goats to expand her business. She is in her second loan cycle with good repayment history. She hopes to grow her business and dreams of giving a good, quality education to her children through all her hard work in her business.
