Kuña Aty Group's story

The group called “Kuña Aty” is in its first loan cycle with the program committee. The members are learning to work together. In addition, they have taken a poverty elimination survey so that each member can become familiar with her individual situation. One of the members is Sra. Teonida. Her latest survey indicated that she was at a poverty index of Level 1, which indicates that she has very low income. Through her effort and continuous work, Teonida puts into practice the vital behaviors exhibited by a successful woman, which is helping to improve her poverty situation. Her work involves selling food that she prepares herself. She is doing very well in this business. Teonida is requesting a loan in order to buy supplies such as meat, flour, vegetables, and other items. This will help her to solidify her business plan, improve her income, and continue satisfying her customers.
