Cesar's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy organic manure.
César, 55, lives with his wife and four children in a house of his own. He’s carried out a variety of occupations throughout the years. César works growing such things as corn, tubers, quinoa and wheat on land he leases with partners. Once harvested, each crop is sold in the city of Lima where he earns good income. As a result of this, he got the idea to sell green grains and together with his children started this business which in time became very profitable. Now, he earns steady income from this business and he’s sure it will increase. But what he likes best is raising animals. He owns cows, bulls and goats that he cares for very diligently and when he’s going through an economic tight spot he sells them to whatever butcher offers him the best price. This is his 3rd Kiva loan. He feels grateful for the financial support he gets to continue moving forward and commits to make his payments punctually. César will use the 3,000 soles to buy organic manure to nourish his next crops.
