A loan helped to buy one head of cattle.

Carmen's story

Carmen is 30 years old, and she lives with her husband. They have two children. Her husband is outside of the country, always looking out for the well-being of his family. Carmen produces raw milk. In order to do so, she has three heads of cattle. Two are producing, and one is pregnant. Her children help her feed the livestock and collect the milk. She also works part-time in sanitation. She works Mondays through Fridays. Both of them show a great desire to succeed and are responsible in their business activities. The reason for this current loan is to be able to buy one head of cattle. This way, Carmen will be able to increase her production. She is always looking for her income to grow. This way she will be able to establish herself financially, and she will be able to meet all of her needs and those of her children. Her children are now school-age, and they are outstanding students in their school.
