Ankhbayar

Mr. Ankhbayar, 37 years old, lives with his wife and two children in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. He has been working as a security officer at a private firm for seven years. His wife has the position of sales manager at a chain store. Both of their children go to high school. Over the years, his house has deteriorated and this summer he began making renovations on his house, but due to lack of finance he didn't finish it. So he is requesting a loan of 5,000,000 MNT to purchase vacuum insulated windows, an iron door, hardwood floor, bricks, and fiberglass. After renovation, his family will live in a comfortable and warm place where they will burn less coal for heating, thus releasing less pollutants into the atmosphere.
