Norway Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

Norway Group's story
Scolastica, who is in her late 40s, is a married woman with three children, two of whom are in school. For one and a half years now, Scolastica has been supporting her family, together with her husband, by running a retail shop selling different food and non-food items. She is doing great in her business. Scolastica starts working from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. per working day and is able to win a good profit per month. This is Scolastica's third loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used her previous loans to replenish more shop items, and has paid back all her previous loans successfully. With the return earned, she has paid for school and household expenses. She will use this loan to to buy more retail inventories: 20 kg of baking flour, 20 liters of kerosene, 50 kg of rice, 20 liters of cooking oil, etc. She dreams that one day, she will be able to build a house and own two big wholesale shops. She will share this loan with her loan group, Norway, which consists of seven members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
