Elmira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy nitrate.
Elmira is 28 years old, married, and has three children. Her husband actively helps with the household. In search of a source of income for her family, Elmira started farming and raising animals in 2008. Having started with 10,000 som (KGS), today she earns a monthly income of 15,000 som (KGS). She owns 1 milk cow and it's calf, and a 0.60 hectare parcel of land where she mostly grows peppers, cabbage, beans, and clover. In order to further develop her business, Elmira is asking the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a 20,000 som (KGS) loan to buy fertilizer. Elmira plans to use the income from the loan to obtain more livestock, and she also intends to make repairs to her house.
