Gidda's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy more boxes of cream relaxers, toilet soap, make-up (facials), weaves and braids.
Gidda is married with two children, both of whom go to school. She also takes care of additional family members (old parents). She has a business of selling cosmetics, and has been in this business for two years. She has applied for a loan of 700,000 Uganda shillings from MCDT-SACCO to buy more boxes of cream relaxers, braids, toilet soap, make-up (facials) and weaves. Gidda moves door to door selling cosmetics. She sells on a retail basis seven days out of every week. Her major business challenges include seasonality, the increasing prices of cosmetics, and thieves. She resides in her own house, and the family has access to electricity and piped water. Her monthly expenses include school fees and paying for electricity bills.
