Jussely's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase compost.
Jussely, who is 31-years old, is a young and hard-working mother. She lives with her husband, Roger, and her dear daughter, 8-year old Ángela. Jussely makes her living growing corn, potatoes, peas etc. in the plots of land that she inherited from her parents. She works hard every day to later be able to harvest her crops and sell them in the whole-sale market in the city. What she likes best about her work is the freedom she has in carrying out her labors. She is the one who decides what is best for her crops. She has been doing this work for ten years, and she feels that the most difficult part is transporting her harvested crop to the market. Most of the time, it is very difficult for her to get a ride. In the future, she hopes to have a stall in the market so she can increase the income she earns for her family. Jussely will invest the S/.3800 soles (USD $1475) in the purchase of compost, which serves to nourish her sown fields.
