Majlinda

Majlinda is a seamstress who has been in this industry for almost ten years. She wants to buy fabric and other materials she needs, and a loan of 150,000 Albanian Lek will help her achieve the goal; this will be her first loan. She has been the only financial provider for her family ever since she started her business. She lives in a little town in central Albania with her husband and two children in their early twenties. Majlinda has been experiencing a steady growth in business throughout the years. “It was a bit scary in the beginning because I didn’t know what to expect. There were other seamstresses in the town and this worried me, yet soon after I added extra services to clients such as sewing drapes,” said Majlinda “this gave a boost to my business,” she added.
