Rosa Eveling's story
Rosa Eveling is a 34-year-old young woman, married and the mother of a 2-year-old baby. She is the owner of a small grocery store located in her home in the urban center of her community. She has had this business for two years, buying her products from different distributors that come to her community. She started working when she was very young as she comes from a family with few resources, which made it difficult for her to continue her studies; she was forced to make a living from commerce. Her daily routine involves getting up at 5:00 am to open her small grocery store at a very early hour to benefit from and sell to her clients who have to get up and find breakfast to send their children to classes, and then working until 10:00 pm. She is asking for the loan with the objective of stocking up the grocery store's inventory so that her business will be more productive. Her greatest dream is to finish constructing her house, and to be able to expand her business to ensure a good future for her daughter.
