His business is located in an urban area and his primary customers are local residents. He describes his biggest business challenge to be insufficient funds for improving the business. Andrew will use the KES 20,000 loan to buy mobile phone accessories. His business goal is to expand his business within five years. He hopes that, in the future, he will educate his children.
