Irene's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy farm supplies like seeds, insecticide, manure, etc.

Irene's story

Irene, 30, lives with her husband and children. She works in agriculture and her main crops are corn and beans. Once she harvests them she sells part of her crops in order to be able to meet household needs that are greater every day. She’s a very enterprising, admirable woman who does not tire of doing this activity because the most important thing for her is to earn her daily bread honorably by means of her own hands and the sweat of her brow. She’s worked her entire life in agriculture and this is how she’s managed to survive because she has no other source of income besides agriculture. Like all enterprising, forward-looking women she’s decided to approach INTEGRAL because the time for starting to plant is approaching and she wants to be prepared. She hopes to get a loan to buy farm supplies like seeds, insecticide, fertilizer and others to start planting as soon as possible so she can then harvest the fruits of her labor. She is completely confident that she’ll get an abundant harvest that will make it possible for her to improve her and her family’s quality of life.
