A loan helped to purchase cassava flour, salt, tomatoes, etc.

Les Cheribins Group's story

This client, Mwadjuma, is the president of the loan collective Cherubin. An energetic woman, an experienced entrepreneur, and very ambitious, she is about 32 years old and sells foodstuffs. Her husband is a hardware merchant. She began her business with mutual support from her husband. Later on, she built up her own capital and became autonomous. She just completed three cycles in the micro-loan program at the microfinance institution Hekima. So, her new loan must serve to provide her with 150 kg of cassava flour, salt, tomatoes, etc. In addition, she would like to see her children grow up and to increase her sales. This client thanks Hekima for its actions helping unbanked poor women to become autonomous. It should be noted that certain clients in the photo are carrying their babies.
