Gabriela Edith's story
Gabriela is a young woman, 20 years of age, who lives with her partner and the fruit of this love and affection is an 8-month-old son who she loves very much. Together with her husband, she works very hard and more every day to be able to offer her little one all the care he needs and above all, to be able to give him a worthy life. With great effort and savings, Gabriela was able to initiate her business selling orange juice and other fruits in the streets. And she hopes to buy a juice cart to use while navigating her city's streets offering her products. Gabriela has worked in her little business for 2 years. She believes business is going well because she treats her customers well and above all, because she has a strong urge to get ahead. Gabriela is very grateful to Kiva lenders because, thanks to the great help they offer, she will be able to pay for her refrigerator, important for her business, and adequately preserve her supplies. She has also remodeled her juice cart, thus improving her income. She will continue struggling with great effort to make her grand dream a reality: “To offer her son a good education and to continue growing her business.”
