Jayanta Ku's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to pay for purchasing betel, packaged food, soaps, detergents, shampoo and personal care products for his variety shop.
Jayanta Ku's story
Jayanta Ku is a physically challenged person, aged 30. He lives with his parents, wife and his two children who are in school. He owns and manages a variety shop where he sells betel, packaged food (like biscuits, cake, etc.), soap of different brands, detergent, shampoo and personal care products (like talcum powder, face wash, body lotion, etc.) Because there is only one variety shop in his village, all the villagers are depending on his shop, but he cannot meet the customers' demand. He requested a loan of 25,000 INR to purchase more stock of the products he sells now. And he wants to add some new varieties of products like cooking oil, lentils, noodles, etc. He hopes to give a better standard of living to his family and provide better education for his children.
