Elizabeth's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more fish and sell to customers in her community.

Elizabeth's story

Elizabeth is a 48-year-old trader. She is a single parent of three children who by God’s grace are now living on their own. She joined ID Ghana in 2010 and is still doing very good in all of her endeavors. She was married for the past 30 years before her husband took ill and later died. She is an individual member who meets her repayment on Tuesdays. She trades in fresh fish (tilapia). She gets her goods from Akosombo on large scale which she sells to both individuals and chop bars (restaurants). She has 16 years of experience in the business. Though things sometimes do not go well in business, she always thanks ID Ghana for all the support giving to her both training and the loan. God bless ID Ghana. This is her 6th loan which she is requesting for an amount of 800 Ghanian cedis (GHS) to help her buy more fish (tilapia) to sell to her customers and to expand the business.
