Grupo Alegre Group's story

The committee called “Grupo Alegre” (Cheerful Group) is in its tenth cycle in the Enterprising Women Committee and all of them work hard to get ahead and to grow in their respective tasks. Mirta is one of the members. She’s 45-years-old, separated and has five children. For her, her children are the reason to strive daily because she wants to give them everything she was unable to have. Mirta is a domestic employee and also sells cheese at home. She has several goals; one in particular is to have her own business. She’s asking for the loan to buy cheese to have a good variety available to sell to her customers.
