She gets up very early in the morning and starts preparing her food. In the afternoon she sets up her stall on a small porch that she has on her patio. Isabel will use the loan that she has requested to buy chilis, tomatoes, onions, garlic, corn dough, tortillas, meat, oil, cheese, cream, cabbage, gas and plastic plates. She wants her business to continue thriving as she would like her children to have the opportunity to study at university and would like to offer them a better quality of life.
