Trust Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy more bricks and more carpentry items.
Trust Group's story
Jocktan, who is in his early 40s, is married and has four children, of whom three are in school. He has had a carpentry business since 1989. He works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and he is able to make a good monthly profit. This will be his 10th loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He used the previous loans to buy more carpentry wood and work instruments and a plot for his house and to pay school fees and household expenses. He has paid back all his loans successfully. He hopes for a loan to buy more bricks and more carpentry items. His dream is to one day be able to build his own nice house. He will share this loan with his loan group "Trust," which totals 16 members who will hold each others accountable for paying back the loan.
