Eduardo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy potato seeds and rent a tractor to prepare his land.

Eduardo's story

Eduardo is 37 years old. He has been to married to Emiliana for more than 3 years. They noth have a primary school education and 3 dependent children. The family has lived in the remote community of Corani Pampa north of Colomi for more than 19 years. Eduardo and his wife work in agriculture. During the year, they have income from selling potatoes and locoto peppers. They grow on their own land, 3 hectares, with crop rotation. Eduardo also provides transportaion service from the community to Colomi on weekly market days. He belongs to the Sindicato Tholar workers group. Eduardo tells us that they urgently need a loan to buy fertilizer (chicken manure). The savings they had was spent on buying potato seeds and other family expenses. He also needs to rent an agricultural tractor (to prepare the land with a roto-tiller). Finally, Eduardo and his wife tell us that it is planting time in the community. They also have their land parcels ready for cultivation and they feel very happy. " I will always fight for my family so they will lack for nothing and for my children to have a better future."
