A loan helped to buy chemicals for hair rebond and one bundle of second-hand blouses for her clothing business.

Elizabeth's story

Elizabeth runs her beauty salon and clothing business. She is married and has two children. She describes herself as a responsible and determined person. Elizabeth rents a stall inside the public market of San Mateo, where she sells women’s and men's clothes while the other unit is for her beauty salon. She really wants to succeed, so she's doing her best in order to maintain her business and help other people. For now, she has three helpers in her beauty salon because she herself manages her clothing and hog-raising businesses. She would like to make all her businesses profitable, so that she could send her two children into higher levels of education and give them a better way of living. As her business expands, she is also in need of additional capital. So, she has requested a loan amount of PHP 10,000. She will use the loan in buying chemicals for hair rebonding and one bundle of second-hand blouses for her clothing business. She hopes that her loan request will be granted.
