Dieu Peut Tout Group's story

The group DIEU PEUT TOUT comprises three persons who reside in the same 'agglomération' and who have revenue-generating businesses. The group's representative, Rollande Akuevi, is the one in the photo with her hand raised. This is the second time this group has requested financial support from ALIDé with the aim of raising the level of their business. Rollande Akuevi is married to a mason named Bienvenu and is the mother of two children, of whom one is in school. Both live with their parents. The couple jointly ensure that the diverse household expenses are covered. Rollande Akuevi did not attend school. For about eight years, she has had a business selling food (fermented polenta served with sauce) from door to door. She gets her supplies from a market in Benin. Customer demand is larger and larger, and given her limited means, Rollande Akuevi can no longer respond well to their requirements. In this regard and due to their limited resources, Rollande Akuevi and the other members of the group DIEU PEUT TOUT are requesting a second loan from ALIDé.
