Piece Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy stock of fish and fabrics for making more clothes.
Piece Group's story
Editha, who is in her early 30s, is married with two school-going children. She has been a tailor and seller of fish, juice and water for eight years now. She works from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and she is able to make a fair monthly profit of $7 per day. This will be Editha's second loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans to buy fabrics with which to make more clothes to resell. She has paid back all her loans successfully. Editha is asking for a loan so she can buy stock of fish and fabrics for making more clothes. Her dream is to one day be able to expand her business and provide her children with a quality education. She will share this loan with her loan group "Piece," which totals 14 members who will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
