A loan helped to repair the house.

Zhana's story

Zhana is 29 years old. She lives in a small village in the Kharagauli District with her parents, husband, Aleksander, and three children, ages 12, 14 and 16 years old. Aleksander serves in the military and receives a monthly salary. Her parents receive a pension and her children go to the village school. Zhana is busy with an agricultural business. She has seven milking cows, seven valves, two pigs and two bulls. Zhana milks cows twice a day and produces cheese, which is then sold to the cheese merchant. The family also owns 0.8 hectare of land, where nuts are grown. They sell nuts on the local open market. Zhana requested a loan in order to renovate the house. The existing house is old and uncomfortable. After renovating the house, the family will be able to spend their evenings after hard-working days in a more comfortable area. As a result, Zhana will be able to improve the living conditions of her family.
