Virgilia

Virgilia is from D'ban, Calamba, Misamis Occidental. She is 46 years old. Virgilia is married and has three children. She plants, harvests and sells bananas for a living. Virgilia has been engaged in her business for eight years and earns 8,000 PHP a month from it. In 2010, Virgilia joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Virgilia is requesting a new loan of 20,000 PHP which will be used to purchase additional seeds, seedlings and young crops to raise. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to supplement the family's income.
