Calista Lilian's story
Calista Lilian, 62, lives in her own home with her husband, children and grandchildren. She has a business raising and fattening cattle. She buys cows, cares for them, and when they are ready she puts them up for sale in strategic places in the area where she lives. She works very hard to contribute to the household finances, because the income that her husband earns does not cover all of the basic needs of the family. She and her husband try to find a way to give the best to their children. She is a woman who is hardworking, honest and responsible. She lives in very humble conditions with her family. All of this motivates her to work hard to give the best to her family, because this is the only way of being able to change the reality in which they find themselves. She doesn't lose hope that, with the help of God and with hard work, she will achieve her objective. All of this has motivated her to approach this institution, INTEGRAL, to request a loan. She will use the loan to invest in the purchase of cattle to fatten, and to buy feed for them, because this is one of her main sources of income. She has noticed that in this way she can have a bit more income and supply the main necessities to her family. She hopes to have favorable results, so that she can continue to provide daily support to her household.
