Guillermo's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy manure.
Guillermo, 45, is married to María, 47 and they have four children. He’s a cocoa bean, coffee and coca leaf farmer. He’s been doing this work for 15 years and comments that he hires day laborers to help with harvesting; they help him remove weeds that afflict his crops. After so much time working and thanks to his experience he obtains very good harvests that produce several sacks of product that he takes to sell at the cocoa bean and coffee associations where he’s paid very well for each kilo. This is his second MFP loan so he’s happy that once again he will be able to rely on financial support to continue with his business plans. He is a member of his communal bank who shares his opinions in order to keep the group united. He will use the money requested to buy manure for crop maintenance.
