Norwina's story

Norwina is a business-oriented woman. She is 35 years of age and married to Francisco. The couple is blessed with three children. Norwina sells different kinds of frozen foods in the morning while in the afternoon she sells different kinds of street foods. With her determination to improve their way of living, she patiently offers her frozen foods on a house-to-house basis. Her customers also go directly to her place. She is indeed grateful because as days passed by, her sales had increased. By this time she is able to dispose of 50 kilograms of frozen foods a week. According to her, she has been in this kind of business for more than nine years. The income generated from this business was used to cover all their household expenditures and the education of her three children. Norwina would like to buy more frozen and street foods to sell, but her capital is not sufficient due to the high cost of basic commodities. For this reason, Norwina is asking for a loan amounting to PHP 50,000. She knows that this amount will really help her in making her business more profitable and productive.
