Florencia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy malagkit (sticky rice), flour, milk and sugar.
Florencia is selling food products such as sweetened malagkit (sticky rice), kutsinta (a sweet made from rice, brown sugar and coconut) and rice cakes. She sells every morning and at snack time in the afternoon. Most of her customers are children who like sweet foods. The food products she sells are also in demand by the teachers in the village, so she always goes to the elementary school to sell. Florencia is requesting a loan of PHP 7,000 to buy malagkit, flour, milk and sugar. These products would provide her delicious goods. Through them, she could acquire more customers. Hopefully, with this simple business of hers, she can also improve her family’s living situation.
