Monica's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase a grinding machine and tomatoes.
Monica is a window with five children. They live in Nchuabuh, an area in Mankon Mezam Division of the North West Region of Cameroon. She has faced challenges in life such as the death of her parents which made her drop out of school. The death of her children and death of her husband made things worse for her since they were supportive of her. With this big loss, she was unable to provide for the family's basic needs. With the new loan that she has requested she promises to buy a grinding machine, and also engage in farming as well as small trading with items like tomatoes. She thinks her business will succeed because she has a good business site, there is a scarcity of grinding machines in her area of residence, she has regular customers and a good relationship with her customers, and also people in her community will not travel long distances in search of a grinding mill. She promises that the profit from the loan will be used to pay her children's school fees, purchase medication for the family, expand her business and also to cultivate vegetables for the family to eat. She prefers GHAPE loans because of the low interest rate, the training courses that are offered before loam disbursement and the convenient payment schedule.
