Renee's story

Renee, a native of the city of Santa Rosa, is a very hardworking 23-year-old woman. She lives in a rented house with her husband Amílcar, 26, and her little boy Marco, 4, whom they love and for whom they want well-being. Renee is a young mother who is very dedicated to her work and her family. She says that since she was young her parents taught her to work in agriculture. Now that she has formed her home she has to work hard to be able to raise her small child. Six months ago she began to raise chickens on her farm, to later sell them at a good price, to pay for the household expenses. What she likes most about her job is that she is able to do it easily without ignoring her son, and at the same time she can see to the crops with the help of her husband. For Renee there is nothing more important than getting ahead selling her chickens because the people of her area eat farm-raised chickens, which are good because of how they are fed naturally. This is her first loan with MFP. She is very happy about the help offered because in this way she can continue with her work goal. Also, she promises to make her payments punctually. With the 1,500 PEN she will be able to buy corn to feed her chickens.
