Mr. Momar, age 62, lives in Senegal. He's married and the father of four children, whose ages range from 11 to 18. He's been a merchant for several years, and sells tapes, audio-visual CDs, and accessories for mobile phones. He chose this business out of passion, but mainly with the goal of earning an income to be able to provide for his family. He is mainly interested in the money-earning aspect of his business. He's a member of one of UIMCEC branches, and he is seeking a loan of XOF 300'000 to buy products to resell. His goal is to bolster his working capital and meet customer demand. Thanks to the expected increase of his profits, he would like to improve the social standard of living of his family.
