Triunfadores De Los Ríos Group's story
This communal bank is called Triunfadores de los Ríos. It is made up of 16 entrepreneurs who are working in different fields among which are making party dresses, selling perfumes, shoe sales, jewelry and tablecloths, as well as preparing jams and cookies, and finally they are working in radio and business. All of them are residents of Valdivia. Margareta is a member of the the communal bank who in the photo can be found in the second row, standing up, the third place from left to right, dressed in a beige color jacket with a black t-shirt underneath it, and her hair pulled back. She has been working in the field of offering services, specifically massage therapy (alternative therapy) for one year. She offers muscle massages, relaxation, and reduction. She comments that she offers her services at home so her work schedule is flexible. Also, in her home she has made a massage room that she is using for this business. The supplies that she needs are natural oils, which she gets by the liter, so it lasts for a month. With the money from the loan she will buy suction cups (articles used for massages). Her goals are to have an established facility, independently, to teach massage classes and for this she says that she needs an institution that gives a seal of approval in order for her classes to be more prestigious and offer diplomas. Margarita lives with her husband and one of her dreams is to progress professionally. To do this she wants to specialize in bio magnetic therapy (message with magnets.) She is very happy and grateful for the opportunity given through Fondo Esperanza, allowing her to invest in her business. She always enjoys the meetings and the training given to the group.
