Samuel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy sandals for the summer season.
Samuel, 21, is a young man who is very much an adult since he’s very responsible and above all honest. Like all good Peruvians, he enjoys our cuisine very much and the dish he likes best is “Carapulcra” [pork and chicken stew]. In his free time he enjoys listening to music especially when he’s in a bad mood because it calms him down a lot. He has higher education but because he did not find a job he decided to open his own business. Samuel is currently selling shoes. He’s very tenacious and dedicates about 9 hours daily to his work; he’s able to tend to about 20 customers daily and he believes that he does well because his taste in shoes is very good and his customers like his products very much. Samuel is very happy and grateful for his Kiva loans because thanks to the help he’ll be able to buy sandals for the summer season. With this improvement he’ll have a wider variety of products to offer his customers and increase his income to improve his quality of life and above all continue to save to reach his great dream: “To have his footwear firm.”
