Mujeres Unidas Por El Progreso Group's story
The community bank "Mujeres Unidas por el Progreso" [Women United for Progress], is a group made up of six members who have worked with the Prosperity Program for four months. Betzabet is the leader of the group. She is 34 years old, separated, and has two children. She currently supports her younger child, who is school aged. For more than four years, Betzabet has worked selling kebabs. She sells them outside her house. Thanks to her hard work, she has been able to improve her quality of life, and one year ago, she started a store in her home that sells staple products. Betzabet is a hardworking woman whose goal is to finish building her home. She is asking for this loan to invest in her store by purchasing groceries such as rice, milk, pasta, and oil so that she can build a loyal customer base. The community bank "Mujeres Unidas por el Progreso" is very thankful for the loan being provided.
