A loan helped to purchase additional livestock.

Sapiyakhan's story

Sapiyakhan is 58 years old, married and raised three children. Her husband works as a taxi driver. Since 2008, Sapiyakhan has been involved in fattening up and reselling livestock and agriculture. Hard work and persistence in business helped her grow her farm that now contains seven dairy cows and twenty sheep. In order to further increase livestock headcount, Sapiyakhan requested a loan in the sum of 120,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to purchase additional livestock. Sapiyakhan plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a purchase of construction materials to build a house.
