Hillary's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase and insure a dairy cow.
Hillary is a farmer and a resident of Kitale in Western Kenya. He is married with no children and has been in farming for seven years. He produces and sells milk and onions for the local market. Hillary has made a second loan request of 62,400 KES from Juhudi Kilimo to purchase and insure a dairy cow. He says Juhudi loans have changed the livelihood of farmers and he hopes his life and that of his family will continue to improve with the acquisition of an additional dairy cow for his business. He says the high cost of feed and animal diseases are the major challenges in his farming business.
