Twubakerugume Group's story
Rosette is a 34-year-old merchant who lives in the district of Bukirasazi, in the province of Gitega, which is at the center of the country. She is a member of the community group TWUBAKERUGUME. She started trading in coffee and bananas 19 years ago. Prior to embarking on this activity, she was a student and remained in school up to the 6th grade. She is married with five children, three of whom attend school. The loan of 100,000 Burundian francs will allow her to increase her working capital. She will buy large quantities of coffee and bananas, which she will sell to earn substantial profits.
