Sokhorn's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy a pumping machine and additional fish to raise and offer for sale.
Sokhorn, age 45, is a fish farmer. She and her husband raise fish to offer for sale, and their income is $4 per day. They have three children: one is studying in school, and the other two are employed in a factory and earn $4 per day each. Every month, Sokhorn has to spend $51 on food, $5 on electricity, $10 on school fees, and $10 on household expenses. She would like to request a loan in the amount of $500 in order to buy a pumping machine and additional fish. In the future, she hopes to send her youngest child to university when he finishes high school.
